During this week I almost forgot to put any makeup on. I was working so much that I didn't even have time to sleep, not worry about how I look. So I couldn't wait for Friday to come so I can have an excuse to wear a red lip, I missed it so much. When it comes to red I prefer darker tones, and I'm currently LOVING this Maybelline Lip Crayon. I just need to try more shades because the formula is amazing, it is soft and it doesn't dry your lips, but at the same time it is in a pencil form and very easy to use. You don't even need to use a lip liner with it, but tonight I just wanted everything more under control so I used my NYX lip liner in shade Auburn. And I need to say that I ate and drank and talked a lot and it didn't move. Good job Maybelline!

   Ove nedelje sam zaboravljala da se šminkam. Radila (učila) sam toliko da nisam imala vremena ni da spavam, kamo li da razmišljam o tome kako izgledam. Jedva sam dočekala petak da nadjem izgovor da stavim crveni karmin. Crvenu na usnama volim tamniju, a trenutno obožavam ovaj Maybelline karmin u obliku olovke. Moram probati još boja jer je formula jako dobra i meka i ne isušuje usne, a u isto vreme je laka za nanošenje jer je karmin u obliku olovke. Nije vam ni potrebna olovka za usne sa njim, ali ja sam noćas želela malo više kontrole jer sam jela i pila i pričala kao luda. I moram reči da se nije ni pomerio. Svaka čast za Maybelline!

   This relationship with me and foundations goes a long way back, so in that time I've learned some very important steps which make your foundation look a lot better. I do not say that I have a degree in makeup or that I know the best or that it will work for everyone, those are just my thoughts about it from previous experience that I would like to share with you. I hope and believe they will help at least someone. So here they go..

1.  Prime the face.

First of all it is a must to wash your hands before any contact of them with your face. Then as I already rambled about here, very easy step so don't be lazy, go on and prime that lovely face. Which primer you will use depends on your skin type. Sometimes I would moisturize it before primer but if you already did that once that day, you don't need to.

2.  Less is more.     

I stand behind this rule because I was doing it wrong for a long time until I've learned that the little goes a long way. And you can always add more on the top if you feel like you need more coverage, but you can't take it of if you put too much and it will just get muddy.

3. Go part by part, not all at once.

This is very important because when you dot it all over your face at first, in time you finish blending one part of your face, the other dots will dry and become harder for you to blend when you get to them. (The same thing's for concealer.)

4. Damp the beauty blender.

For a long time I refused to wet my beauty blender because it feels weird wetting your foundation and feeling water on the face while blending it. You may think that it will look dewy and oily but just wait until it dries. Water really helps liquid foundations blend, and this is an AMAZING and holly grail way for putting it. 

The only con about beauty blender is that it doesn't give that much coverage as a brush would. But it looks a lot more natural as I prefer it.

5. Powder over powder.

This is actually the rule about steps after foundation, but I felt that I should mention it here. DON'T set your foundation with powder before you put on your concealer because once you set it, you can't put more liquid over it. This also goes if you plan to cream contour your face. And DO set your face on all the places you want to powder contour, bronze or blush it, because the powder works best over powder, not that much over foundation only.

That would be it for my foundation rules, I sincerely hope they will help you!

   Ova veza mene i pudera traje već poprilično dugo tako da sam za to vreme naučila neke važne korake koji čine da koža izgleda što bolje. Ne kažem da sam učena o tome, ili ikakav profesionalac, niti da će ova pravila odgovarati svima, ovo su samo neki moji saveti iz prethodno stečenog iskustva  koji meni pomažu i možda pomognu još nekome. Pa da počnemo..

1.  Pripremite lice.

Jako je bitno oprati ruke pre bilo kakvog mazanja lica, a onda, kao što sam već trtljala o tome dovoljno ovde, prajmer! Koji ćete prajmer koristiti zavisi od vašeg tipa kože, ali on jeste ključni korak ka boljem ponašanju pudera. Ako ste već jednom u toku tog dana mazali hidratantnu kremu na lice, pre pudera je dovoljan prajmer.

2.  Manje je više.     

Manje pudera uvek bolje i prirodnije izgleda. Stojim iza ovog pravila jer sam to pogrešno radila jako dugo dok nisam shvatila da se puder uvek može dodati ako zafali, a ako ga već stavimo previše ne može se skinuti i biće blatnjavo i koža će izgledati pretrpano.

3. Mažite deo po deo lica.

Ovo je jako važno jer kada istačkate celo lice odjednom, dok blendujete deo, onaj drugi deo će se osušiti, biće ga teže blendovati i veće su šanse za fleke. (Isto važi i za korektor.)

4. Pokvasite beauty blender.

Dugo sam odbijala da kvasim beauty blender zato što mi se gadila pomisao da puder mešam sa vodom i to razmazujem po licu. Takodje sam mislila da će ga to učiniti blatnjavim i masnim, ali naprotiv, samo sačekajte da se lepo upije i videćete koliko je bolje. Voda pomaže puderu da se bolje razmaže i upije, holy grail šminkanja. 

Jedina mana je što se ovakvim nanošenjem pudera neće dobiti toliko pokrivanje koliko bi se dobilo četkicom, ali svakako je bolji ako je cilj prirodniji izgled.

5. Puder na puder.

Ovo pravilo zapravo važi za sve korake posle tečnog pudera, ali mislila sam da ih je jako bitno spomenuti zbog krajnjeg izgleda. Ako ste već setovali tečni puder puderom u kamenu, kasno je za korektor, tečno se najbolje upija i blenduje na tečnom. Takodje ako planirate konturisanje kremama, nemojte setovati lice pre toga. Ali pre nego što konturišete lice puderima, obavezno ga setujte jer se puder najbolje razmazuje na puderu.

To bi bilo to od mojih pravila koja sam do sada naučila, nadam se da će vam biti od koristi!

   The title is my attempt to combine brows and inspiration because that's what I wanted share with you today. During the last year I significantly changed my brow game because I was blonde before and I did them light and even dyed them blonde. That's why now people think that I do my brows *too much* or too dark, but I actually don't. And I don't even care if some people think it is *too much* because I LOVE them that way and there's a lot more people that love them and even come to me in transport to ask me how I do them and compliment me (true story bro). They are naturally dark brown (maybe even black) but my hair is not that dark so I like to use brown shadow on them. I get drunk on inspiration an motivation for everything on weheart, tumblr and instagram, and all of these photos are from my weheartit page. Those are just some too beautiful girls with lovely and perfect brows that I go for. Enjoy!

   Naslov ovog posta je moj pokušaj da iskombinujem reči brows i inspiration jer je to ono što sam želela da podelim sa vama danas. U poslednjih godinu dana sam značajno promenila izgled svojih obrva jer sam do skoro bila plava, pa sam i obrve farbala i sasvim drugačije negovala i oblikovala. Zato ljudi sada misle da previše ili pretamno crtam obrve, ali ipak ne. Nije me ni briga da li se to svima svidja ili ne jer ih ja obožavam ovakve i većini se svidja, čak mi se dešava da mi pridju u autobusu devojke i pitaju me kako ih radim jer su oduševljene (istinita priča). Prirodno su mi tamne, skoro crne, ali kosa mi nije toliko tamna pa uglavnom koristim neku najtamniju braon na krajevima i svetliju napred. Inspiraciju, za sve u životu ne samo obrve, upijam sa weheartit-a, tumblr-a i instagrama, i sve ove slike jesu sa mog weheartit-a. Ovo su samo neke od prelepih devojaka sa prelepim i savršenim obrvama kakve ja volim. Uživajte!

As we are still deep in the winter, and maybe a little depressed for this cold and grey weather, I thought I would share with you my favorite way to warm up with a good blog, video, book or maybe a movie. And of course it is hot chocolate. I also love mulled wine with cherry, but I can only drink it on our central square or some cafes because I don't know how to make it myself.

So I'v tried a hundred ways of making hot chocolate, the ones that are in bags like this or just melting the chocolate or nutella, and I think I've finally found THE one.

I actually love all of La Festa hot chocolates that I've tried, but I also think that it is important how you cook it, it is very easy peasy. I pour a cup of milk in a bowl and cook it until it's hot, making sure I stir it the whole time. When it gets warm enough, I pour a bag of hot chocolate in it and keep on stiring until the liquor is unified. I then like to pour it in a big cup, top it with a lots of whipped cream and enjoy! You can add whatever you like on top of that cream. I promise you that you will enjoy it.

Pošto smo još uvek u pravoj zimi i pomalo depresivni zbog hladnog i sivog vremena, pomislila sam da sa vama podelim moj omiljeni način da se ugrejem uz dobar blog, video, knjigu ili film. Naravno da je to topla čokolada. Takodje volim kuvano vino sa malinom, ali ne umem da ga napravim sama naravno.

Dakle, imala sam stotinu pokušaja da napravim toplu čokoladu, da li je to bila ona iz kesice ili sam jednostavno topila čokoladu ili nutellu, i mislim da sam pronašla onu pravu!

Zapravo su mi divne sve La Festa tople čokolade iz kesice koje sam probala, ali osim toga koja je čokolada mislim da je jako bitno kako se spremi. Ja sipam šolju mleka u džezvu, ili neku posudu za kuvanje, i mešam je sve vreme dok se ne ugreje. Onda dodam kesicu tople čokolade i mešam dok se masa potpuno ne sjedini. Volim da je sipam u veliku šolju i stavim mnogo šlaga. Preko šlaga možete stavljati žta god volite i obećavam da ćete uživati.

   This is my go to look for when I don't have much time to do my makeup, and when I'm just running some errands out and I don't want to go bare face. (Count Uni in that.)

I know this looks like a lot of products, but some of them are just quick steps that I must do for the behalf of my skin. The most important thing that I've learned since I started studying about makeup is that you need to moisturize and prime your face. Maybe it sounds crazy and unnecessary but you should make a wall (figuratively) between your foundation and your face so it doesn't affect your skin, and the foundation will last longer. That's for the primer, and for the moisturizer I think you know why. And it doesn't matter if your skin is oily, you still need to do this step. For special occasions I use my Porefessional as a primer (it was in my November favorites), but this Baby Skin from Maybelline is a really good drugstore primer and just enough for regular days. The moisturizer that I use is the Nivea Day Care one. Put on some lipbalm on those lips too!

I find L'Oreal foundations as the best drugstore foundations (because of True Match) so I decided to give the Lumi Magique a go and it is just as amazing.

I already talked a lot about my eyebrow routine which hasn't changed.

For the concealer and as a highlight I use MAC Pro Longwear Concealer and I set it with the Rimmel Stay Matte pressed powder in Transparent. This time of the year I like my skin glowy so I only set the concealer.

With this we did pretty much the whole job, you just add a little bit of your favorite bronzer to warm up the face a bit. I haven't found my favorite still but I use the She Bronzer that I own. I use it around my face and a lil on my eyes in the crease to deepen them up.

Add your favorite mascara and you are good to go!

   Ovako se u većini slučajeva šminkam kada imam malo vremena i kada izlazim iz kuće radi nekih glupih obaveza, a ne želim da izadjem bez šminke. (Računaćemo faks u to.)

Možda ovo izgleda kao mnogo proizvoda, ali neki su samo brzi koraci koje moram da uradim zbog svoje kože. Najbitnije što sam naučila od kada se malo više bavim šminkanjem jeste da je moram hidrirati i stavljati primer pre pudera. Možda zvuči ludo i nepotrebno, ali verujte mi, potrebno je napraviti zid (figurativno) izmedju vaše kože i pudera i ne dozvoliti puderu da utiče direktno na vašu kožu, zbog toga će vam takodje puder duže stajati. To otprilike radi prajmer, a mislim da znate zašto je neophodno hidrirati kožu. Čak i ako vam je koža masna, to ne znači da je ne treba hidrirati, naprotiv. U specijalnim prilikama kao prajmer koristim Porefessional (o kom sam pričala u novembarskim favoritima), ali Maybelline Baby Skin je sasvim dovoljan za svaki dan. Hidratantna krema koju koristim je Nivea Moisturizing Day Care. Ne zaboravite malo kreme i na usnama!

Moje mišljenje je da su L'Oreal puderi najbolji drugstore puderi, pa sam odlučila da probam i Lumi Magique i nisam se razočarala.

O obrvama sam pričala već više puta, ništa se još uvek nije promenilo.

Kao korektor i hajlajter koristim MAC Pro Longwear Concealer i setujem ga Rimmel-ovim Stay Matte puderom u kamenu. U poslednje vreme mi se svidja kada puder nije mat, pa setujem samo korektor. 

S ovim ste obavili većinu posla, ostalo je još da omiljenim bronzerom malo 'ugrejete' lice. Nemam omiljeni još uvek, ali pri ruci mi je She već neko vreme. Stavim ga na uobičajena mesta, po obodu lica, ali i u pregibe očiju umesto senke, jer moramo biti brzi zar ne.

Dodam omiljenu maskaru i to je to.

L’oreal True Match has always been my favorite drugstore liquid foundations. It gives medium to full coverage and it can last whole day. The formula of it hasn't changed for 10 years, until now when they updated it and it is even more amazing!
The original formula was a little to heavy and harder to blend, but the new formula has oils that help it blend and be lighter on the skin. I can really feel the difference, in a better way, the coverage stayed as good as before.
I do think that those of you with oilier skin who relied on this foundation might be disappointed. The slightly chalkiness that may have kept your skin more matte has now gone, so I'm sure some people won't be happy about that. I have a little oily skin but it works amazing for me.

L’oreal True Match je uvek bio moj omiljeni drugstore tečni puder. Ima srednju do punu moć pokrivanja i traje i do ceo dan ako je potrebno. Formula se nije menjala 10 godina, do sad kada su odlučili da je unaprede i još je bolja nego što je bila!
Originalna formula je bila pomalo teška i teže se razmazivala, ali nova u sebi ima ulja koja pomažu u tome, a i da puder bude lakši. Ja osećam razliku, dobru naravno, pokrivanje je ostalo dobro kao i pre.
Mislim da se onima sa masnijom kožom neće dopasti jer su uklonili ono što je puder činilo čvrstim na licu kao maska, što je odgovaralo masnijem tipu kože jer je zadržavalo svo ulje unutra. Moja koža jeste masnija, ali ovakav mi mnogo više odgovara.

   I rarely cook or bake, but when I do I enjoy it. The first thing that I baked in 2016 were these lovely spring rolls with Nutella. And I thought, why wouldn't I share them with you as if they turned out very tasty. When I bake or cook, I always improvise with the ingredients that I have using the original recipe as an inspiration. So for those, the inspiration was in my Nutella book, but they used mango and almonds with Nutella, so with the recurses I had I decided to add apples instead of mango, and maybe not put almonds this time. You can add any fruit you like. 

So for 10 rolls you will need:

about 5 pie crusts - depends on how big you want your rolls to be

100g of Nutella

1 apple

a little bit of butter - to smear the rolls with it before the oven

First you will need to peel the apple and cut it in little square pieces. Then you turn the oven on 200˙C so it gets hot enough for when the rolls are ready. You then take one crisp, place it somewhere clean and flat and cut it in 4 equal rectangles. In every rectangle you put about a teaspoon of Nutella and a dozen of apple pieces. Then you roll it half way, bend the left and the right edge to the inside so that the ingredients don't fall out, and keep rolling. You smear it with butter on top and put it on an oven trey with baking paper on it. You repeat that for another 9 rolls and then you put it all in the oven and after 10 to 15 minutes, voila! My boy said that they are better when cold, so you can eat them even the day after, but I love them both ways.

   Istina je da retko kuvam ili pečem, ne računamo sendviče i jaja, ali kad kuvam onda uživam u tome. Prvo što sam ispekla u ovoj novoj godini su bile ove preukusne prolećne rolnice sa Nutelom. Pa sam mislila, što da ih ne podelim sa još nekim. Kad pravim ovakve stvari najčešće eksperimentišem sa sastojcima koristeći originalni recept kao inspiraciju. Za ove rolnice, inspiraciju sam našla u svojoj Nutella knjizi, ali umesto manga i badema koji su deo recepta u knjizi, u kući sam pronašla jabuke i ispostavilo se da je kombinacija savršena. Verujem da bi i banana odlično išla.
Za 10 ovakvih rolnica potrebno je:
oko 5 kora za pite - zavisi od toga koliko rolnica i koje veličine ih želite
100g Nutele
1 jabuka
malo putera - za premazivanje rolnica pre redjanja u pleh
Prvo oljuštite jabuku i iseckate je na kockice, pa uključite rernu na 200˙C da bi se zagrejala dok vi uvijete rolnice. Uzmete jednu (ili dve) koru, stavite je na glatku i čistu površinu i isečete je na 4 jednaka pravougaonika. U svaki prvaougaonik stavite po dužini uže ivice kašičicu Nutele, pa onda pospite kockicama jabuke. Uvijajte do pola parčeta kore, onda savijte slobodne ivice ka unutra i uvijte do kraja. Premažite maslacem i redjajte na papir za pečenje. 10 do 15 minuta u rerni i voila! Mogu se jesti i tople i hladne, tako da vam je ostalo samo da uživate.
